The Difference YOU Make

How Your Support Helps Us Create Magical Moments

At The A World UK, every donation is a step toward creating more autism-friendly experiences for individuals and families within the autistic community. We are committed to supporting autistic individuals and their families throughout their lives, understanding that autism is a lifelong condition and so is our support.

We know how difficult it can be for families to enjoy days out together. Many events and attractions can feel overwhelming, and the stress of navigating these spaces can make family outings a rare and exhausting experience. That’s why our mission is to create safe, inclusive environments where families can truly enjoy time together, free from judgment.

Where Does the Money Go?

Your donations are at the heart of everything we do. Here’s how your support helps:

Autism-Friendly Events: We organise events at popular UK attractions, like Gulliver’s World and Blackpool Zoo, where families can come together and enjoy activities that are sensitive to the needs of autistic individuals. Your support allows us to cover the costs of special accommodations such as exclusively hiring venues, trained staff, and accessible resources.

Subsidising Ticket Costs: A significant portion of the funds goes towards subsidising ticket prices so that more families can attend our events. We understand that for many, cost can be a barrier, and we want to make these experiences as accessible as possible.

Building a Supportive Community: Our events aren’t just about fun—they’re about connection. By bringing families together, we provide a space where everyone feels safe and understood. Funds help us foster a warm, judgment-free environment where families can leave everyday stress behind and focus on making memories.

Tailored Experiences: We don’t have an age limit because we understand that autism impacts individuals of all ages. From children to adults, we provide support at every stage of life. Your donations help us create tailored experiences that meet the unique needs of each person we support.

Expansion and Growth: As we continue to expand and support more families, your donations help us grow our network of events and community stores. The more we raise, the more people we can reach and the more inclusive experiences we can offer.

The Impact So Far

Since establishing, we’ve been able to support thousands of families across the North of England and Midlands. With your support, we continue to grow and make a lasting impact on the autistic community. Our work has touched many lives, and with your help, we can continue to create memories for families that they’ll cherish forever.

By supporting us, you’re not just funding events—you’re helping families reclaim joyful, stress-free moments together, in an environment where they feel safe, accepted, and understood.

Thank you for being part of The A World UK community. Your generosity makes it all possible.

"We have been part of The A World community for a few years now and been on many days out with them. We also had a holiday this year in their caravan. It gives our boys the chance to have their days out with reduced capacity and less stress with queueing and crowds. The break we had in July meant the park wasn't as busy as it is during the summer holidays. We love our experience with this organisation."
